How long does shipping take and what are the costs?

We offer standard shipping which typically takes 3-5 business days, and express shipping which takes 1-2 business days. Shipping is free on all orders over $75. For smaller orders, a flat rate is calculated at checkout based on your location.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to love your fit. If you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and earrings are final sale.

How do I know which size will fit me best?

Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' with specific measurements. We recommend comparing these measurements to a similar garment you already own. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

What payment methods do you accept?

Kizer accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna and Afterpay for eligible customers.

Are your materials sustainably sourced?

At Kizer, we are committed to ethical fashion. 80% of our current collection is made from organic cotton, recycled polyester, or Tencel. We vet all our manufacturing partners to ensure fair labor practices and reduced environmental impact.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's website. You can also track your status directly through the 'Order History' section of your Kizer account.
